When a friendly ship at Range 1 is hit by an attack, you may suffer 1 of the uncanceled critical results instead of the target ship.
FAQ[]
A ship equipped with Draw Their Fire cannot suffer the critical damage caused by Darth Vader, Proximity Mines, or Prince Xizor’s pilot ability, as that damage is not an attack. (X-Wing FAQ, Version 3.1.1, Updated 07/24/2015)
